Basics of Protection for Industrials
The Basics of Protection for Industrials (DP 003) course provides a practical overview of protection principles and application as it applies to industrial plants, commercial facilities, and power plants. Presented from a straightforward perspective, it focuses on technical issues often encountered during work.
Unlike other training classes, this course offers a combination of theory and practical testing of protective devices. It will give technicians the unique opportunity to sharpen their testing skills with easy to understand concepts.
Who should attend
The material covered is suited for beginners with no tedious explanations. Managers, supervisors, and senior protection engineers can greatly benefit from receiving a “refresher” on protection theory in addition to learning the latest testing methods on various elements of protective devices.
